And that is important? We ourselves are jsut things, we are moved by others, controlled by the buildings we work in, live in, the machines that work for us, and make us work. In the end a house affects us far more than we affect a house, we are adaptable, it is not, we bend to its whims.
In the end we notice the anthill, not the ants, and in time, when we are long gone, our anthills will remain in remeberance to us.
